The Son of Maryam: A Story of Faith, Miracles, and a Mother’s Love
Throughout history, few stories have captured the hearts of people like the miraculous birth of Prophet Isa (AS). This extraordinary event is not just about a birth—it is a testament to faith, divine intervention, and the unwavering strength of a mother. In our latest episode of Amazing Stories with Zaki, we take a deep dive into the story of Maryam (AS) and the miraculous arrival of her son, Prophet Isa (AS).
Inside the Episode: The Son of Maryam
In this episode of Amazing Stories with Zaki, we embark on a journey to explore one of the most miraculous moments in history—the birth of Prophet Isa (AS). But this isn’t just a history lesson; it's an adventure filled with humor, heart, and some seagull-sized surprises courtesy of Captain Suhail! Maryam (AS) was a woman of incredible piety, known for her devotion and worship of Allah. She lived a life of purity and was always in deep connection with her Creator. Then, one day, her life changed forever when she was visited by Angel Jibreel (AS), the chief messenger of Allah.
Jibreel (AS) delivered shocking news: Maryam was chosen to give birth to a special child—one who would be a great prophet of Allah. Confused and overwhelmed, Maryam asked how this could be possible, as she was not married. Jibreel reassured her with words that echo through time: “This is Allah’s command. When He wills something, He says ‘Be,’ and it happens.”
Thus began Maryam’s journey—one of immense faith, patience, and courage.
The Miraculous Birth of Prophet Isa (AS)
Maryam withdrew from her people, traveling to a quiet place, far from questioning eyes. Under the shade of a date palm tree, she gave birth to Prophet Isa (AS). This moment, full of both pain and divine peace, was a miracle in itself.
Allah provided Maryam with food and water, giving her the strength to continue. And as she returned to her people, carrying her newborn son, she remained silent as instructed by Allah—until another miracle unfolded.
A Baby Speaks!
When the people of her town saw Maryam with a child, they were shocked and suspicious. They questioned her, demanding answers. But before Maryam could speak, baby Isa (AS) did something that stunned them all—he spoke!
He declared:
“I am a servant of Allah. He has given me a Book and made me a Prophet.”
This miraculous speech silenced the doubters and revealed the truth: Isa (AS) was no ordinary child. He was chosen by Allah for a great mission.
